Allegations of sex shows, hazing at Texas frat

         

      AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - A University of Texas has suspended the fraternity recruits Hazed and artists committed to live sex shows, after a lawsuit brought by the national fraternity organization that seeks to recover more than $ 200,000 in cash and property of his old local.

Texas Kappa Alpha fraternity was suspended for two years by the national organization in June, but continued to represent themselves as affiliated to the national Kappa Alpha Order, according to the complaint filed Sept. 21.

A spokesman today denied suspension of hazing chapter office, but recognized fraternity organized a sample of adult women and their partners at least once.

Hazing is a crime punishable by fines of Texas and up to two years imprisonment.

Cause did not provide details on the allegation and Hazing Sex Show, but Jim Ewbank, Austin attorney representing Lexington, Virginia-based national fraternity, said Hazing with pushing and pushing and will force them to do gymnastics on numerous occasions.

Ewbank said the abusive behavior caused no serious injuries, but the organization reported its findings to the university to determine whether criminal charges should be pursued.

Active national group seeking to recover the fees received are furniture and appliances in the house of the fraternity and other personal property.

The chapter is suspended in Texas called Omicron.

Robby Alden, a lawyer from Austin who is on the edge of Texas Omicron, rejected the allegations hazing, and Omicron Texas is disguised as a Kappa Alpha-affiliated group.

The national team has never presented evidence of the local chapter, pushing and pushing, Alden said. Gymnastics was a threat forced to make promises to do push-ups, but has not been made, Alden said.

Kappa Alpha has had a chapter in Texas for 128 years and has over 2,300 students, according to the national organization.
